At 7 weeks mine was 27000. Both looked very healthy at that point with heartbeats easily seen at 8 weeks. Sadly we lost baby 2 at around 8-9 weeks. Baby 1 is 32 weeks along though now. Hcg levels aren't really an indication of much I am afraid.
