Then the radio stations show and I can switch stations. When I try make a call it goes as far as repeating the number and then advises that bluetooth has failed. My phone is compatible and bluetooth has worked perfectly since i bought the terrain. My phone is connected to bluetooth in the vehicle and bluetooth is on on my phone.
